Builder's Forum — Q2 2026

Hosted by Founder · CFA · FRMPast Event

About This Event

The Skylia Collective is a quarterly gathering of independent builders, solo founders, and operators who are scaling real businesses — without the playbook. No pitch decks. No networking theater. Just honest conversation about what is working, what is not, and what comes next.

Each session is limited to 12 seats to keep the conversation deep and actionable. Every attendee is hand-selected based on complementary expertise and a genuine willingness to share.

The Mission

Skylia Insights builds tools that save people hours. Four products, one shared infrastructure. The Collective is where the people behind those kinds of tools — founders, operators, builders — sit at the same table.

We meet in person, share actual numbers, and leave with actionable insight — not inspiration.

What to Expect

  • A structured morning session with 3–4 deep-dive discussions on the topics below.
  • Working lunch with 1-on-1 pairing based on complementary expertise.
  • A private debrief document shared after the event with key takeaways and action items.
  • No recordings. No social media recaps. What happens at the Collective stays at the Collective.

What We Discuss

Topics surface from what attendees are working on. These tend to come up every session.

Pricing & positioning

What the market will actually bear, and how to raise prices without losing customers.

Finding the first (or next) 100 customers

Channels that are actually working right now, not the ones everyone talks about.

Hiring your first team member

When to stop doing everything yourself, and what to hand off first.

Automating operations

Where a few hours of tooling replaces a few hours a week of manual work.

What is actually working right now

What is generating revenue this quarter, what is not, and what you are changing because of it.
